The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive to our needs. We arrived for the New Year festivities and they went out of their way to ensure we had a fun and memorable time. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. The room was sparkling clean and the bed was very comfortable. the Wi-Fi was reliable and fast - a key feature for us.

Although advertised until 10 am, we arrived at 9:30 am and there was barely any food left, and the staff refused to make more. This left us feeling unsatisfied and annoyed.
